You’ve heard of two-minute noodles, right? Raman in the packet? Well, this 5-minute noodles recipe by Tatum is just as delicious, just as easy and it isn’t packed with a whole bunch of crap your body doesn’t need. Sounds like a win, right? Easy lunch or dinner or any old time you like, cook these babies up and you’ll be powering on in no time!
Tatum? Who is Tatum? I’m glad you asked. Tatum runs a couple of businesses called Make It look Easy (style, life, stylish living) AND Hardwood Digital (hello social media legends). She also happens to be a Mum, runner, lover of the interwebs and an excellent cook. So let’s face it, with credentials like that, how could this possibly go wrong? It can’t. Trust me, I’ve tried it every which way, it’s foolproof. Enjoy!
1/4 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
1/2 small floret of broccoli, sliced
Coriander or Parsley, chopped for garnish
This is the perfect dish for lunch or dinner when motivation is low but you want something delicious and easy to prepare. I sometimes skip the vegetables or add a bit of a chilli depending on what I feel like. Give it a try, find your new favourite flavour. YUM.
