If you’re looking to save money meal planning is a great way to do it. It takes a little more time up from but saves you big in the long run. Meal planning essentially means you plan all your meals for the week (month?) in advance and only buy the items you need from that list.
Meal planning is a great way to avoid impulse purchases when at the store and it’s cheaper to cook at home than eat out every day. It will also probably mean that you’ll be eating healthier and will never have to wonder “what’s for dinner?”. Phew!
