After a long week, you’ll find us (that’s the Mr and I) on the couch with a movie. Often a wine in hand (beer for him, I’m okay with that, more for me) and a movie. We download from iTunes. Because if I’ve learned anything about myself in the past hundred years of life, it’s that I’m bad at returning DVDs to the store.
And even worse at making it to the post office, but that’s another story.
So with the new Ice Age movie coming out, the kind folks at FOX offered to help us throw a little party at home to celebrate. Armed with groceries and recipe cards featuring all the main characters I took to the kitchen. I decided on the “Manny’s Meatballs” aka Spaghetti and Meatballs (it goes with the wine) and got cooking.
Now, Ice Age 3: Collision Course, follows on from the previous successful incarnations of the film. Obviously. And while this isn’t a review (more a reminder to enjoy it in the comfort of your home via iTunes) I think you guys are going to love it. A perfect balance of old favourites and new story line. I mean, who can get sick of that squirrel, like ever.
So kick back, download the recipe card and settle in for a movie night filled with good food, good company and laughs. Ice Age Collision Course is out now on Digital HD Blu-ray & DVD. Check out the film or grab your copy here.
